Twin Towers: Legacy follows the family of one of their own who gave his life that day (officer Joe Vigiano, whose story is told in the Oscar®-winning 2003 short-subject documentary Twin Towers), and how their journey through life without their beloved father and husband still affects them two decades later. Featuring Joe’s wife, Kathy, and their children, the film shows how Joe’s legacy of strength, respect, and honor has been passed down to his three sons, two of whom followed in their father’s footsteps as NYPD officers, the other serving in the Marine Corps.
